What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Instruct: Present high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and provided digital tools.
• Guide: Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them develop confidence in their English language abilities.
• Participate: Engage in school events, cultural activities, and various student engagement programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional holding a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as English 1 provides comprehensive induction training, ongoing support, and ready-made teaching materials. Must possess a valid passport for international travel.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging young learners. A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is preferred, with sponsorship available from English 1.
