We are seeking motivated undergraduate engineering students to join our team for hands-on internships in our Salt Lake City office. This is a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects, collaborate with renowned water treatment experts, and contribute to innovative, sustainable solutions that protect our planet’s most precious resource.

About the Role: Engineering Intern

What You’ll Do:

As an Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining practical experience on exciting projects that directly support our mission of helping clients become more sustainable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and optimization of water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of cutting-edge water treatment technologies, including membranes, aeration, sedimentation, biologics, and PFAS destruction.
• Support of project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of critical water solutions.
• Contributing to sustainability initiatives focused on reducing environmental footprint and enhancing operational efficiency.

You can expect dedicated mentorship, exposure to relevant industry tools and processes, and the chance to tackle meaningful challenges.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Talented undergraduate students pursuing a degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Civil/Environmental, or related fields). Junior or Senior year students are preferred.
• Strong academic foundation with a genuine interest in water treatment, environmental engineering, or sustainability.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and real-world problem-solving.
• Team player who values integrity, collaboration, and is driven to make a positive global impact.
• Ability to work in our Salt Lake City, UT location, with an in-person or hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week onsite).
