What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore Programs: Investigate health and wellness programs offered by employers, learning their design, evaluation, and improvement processes.
• Analyze Data: Utilize data, analytics, and research to address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and evolving employee expectations.
• Craft Insights: Create clear, helpful, and client-ready reports, presentations, and visuals to explain findings and translate them into practical insights.
• Coordinate Projects: Organize systems, files, and project information to ensure teammates have access to reliable data and support workflows across specialist teams.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners, participating in discussions with growing confidence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience: Early career opportunity for soon-to-be and recent graduates, with structured on-the-job learning.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, organizational skills, confidence using technology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service or consulting, coupled with a desire to pursue a career in Health Solutions.
