The Tone:
This is an early careers development program at Aon, located in the United States. Aon is in the business of shaping decisions for the better to protect and enrich lives around the world. This role is crucial for developing future Health Solutions colleagues who will help clients understand employee value, manage rising healthcare costs, and design smarter benefit programs. You will build the skills, confidence, and business knowledge needed to translate data and research into clear insights and contribute to employee benefits strategies.

• Mission: Help organizations design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that prioritize health and wellness, manage rising costs, and support organizational competitiveness.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore and Evaluate: Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers to understand their design, evaluation, and improvement processes.
• Analyze and Translate: Use data, analytics, and research to identify patterns, address challenges like rising healthcare costs, and translate findings into clear, practical insights.
• Present and Communicate: Create client-ready reports, presentations, and visuals that clearly explain findings and participate in client and team discussions with growing confidence.
• Organize and Optimize: Coordinate systems, files, and project information while supporting workflows across various specialist teams and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Build Relationships: Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners to learn how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as this is a 10-month early career development program for soon-to-be or recent graduates.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: An interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service, or consulting, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
