• Mission: Help organizations design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs that prioritize health and wellness, manage rising costs, and attract talent.
• Tech Stack: AI, analytics tools, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), internal AI platforms
What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore Programs: Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers, learning how they are designed, evaluated, and improved.
• Analyze Data: Use data, analytics, and research to help address challenges like rising healthcare costs, translating findings into clear, practical insights.
• Advise Clients: Create reports, presentations, and visuals to explain findings to clients, participating in discussions to develop and communicate benefit strategies.
• Coordinate Projects: Organize systems, files, and project information to ensure teammates can easily access reliable data, supporting workflows across specialist teams.
• Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to improve processes and support efficient, high-quality client delivery within the Health Solutions team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027, with an interest in business, healthcare, employee benefits, health and wellness, analytics, data, client service, or consulting.
• Experience: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, initiative, adaptability, excellent organizational skills, confidence using technology, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Bonus: A desire to pursue a career in Health Solutions.
