Creator Operation Manager Intern (TikTok Shop – Operations) – 2026 Summer (BS/ MS) | TikTok

The Tone:
This is a temporary internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video and is rapidly expanding its commerce operations to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping. This role is crucial for scaling the impact of #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt by pioneering content and creator commerce in the US, helping to build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem.

• Mission: This person helps merchants and creators sustainably grow their business on TikTok Shop by providing insights, identifying opportunities, and fostering collaboration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee key accounts’ business performance and ensure sustainable growth within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Cultivate: Increase the penetration of high-potential creator talents to expand live shopping content.
• Facilitate: Serve as the liaison between creators, partners, and sellers to identify new business opportunities.
• Strategize: Provide data-driven insights, product recommendations, and growth strategies to merchants based on market trends.
• Innovate: Develop and implement new business models and solutions for merchants by utilizing ecosystem resources.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master Degree.
• Experience: Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026. Dedicated in negotiation and driving collaborations between different partners.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple sensitive and high-profile initiatives. Curious, self-motivated, with a bias-for-action mentality. Effective communicator, able to convey complex content concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Bonus: Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs, and focused on achieving results. Creative mindset focused on educating sellers for growth. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills for external situations. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms.
