We are seeking a diligent and responsible Part-Time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Tallahassee, FL. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our kitchen, ensuring a safe and organized environment for food preparation and storage. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing various kitchen cleaning tasks, including comprehensive dish washing and pot washing.
• Executing general cleaning and sanitization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assisting with the proper storage and rotation of food and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness and safety.
• Handling all food, storage, and cleaning activities in strict accordance with established sanitary procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures pertaining to food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant environment.
• Multi-tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, or working in confined spaces.
• Communication: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
