What You’ll Actually Do
• Food & Beverage Service: Efficiently take, deliver, and clear food and beverage orders to guests.
• Station Management: Ensure your assigned station is properly set up and clean before, during, and after each shift.
• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests, courteously explain daily specials or restaurant promotions, and continuously ascertain their satisfaction.
• Order Processing & Accuracy: Accurately input orders into the POS system for kitchen communication, then retrieve, confirm, and promptly deliver them.
• Sales & Compliance: Dedicate yourself to actively promoting menu items and strictly adhere to all alcohol service regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level service professional focused on guest satisfaction and adherence to restaurant quality standards. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are strictly required, however, a minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred.
• Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written), coupled with a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• High level of organization, cleanliness, and a strong sense-of-urgency, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Diligence in practicing safety and sanitation policies and strict adherence to all state and federal alcohol service regulations.
