What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Efficiently take, deliver, and clear food and beverage orders for guests.
• Station Management: Prepare and maintain a clean and properly set up station before, during, and after each shift.
• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, clearly explain daily specials, and communicate any current restaurant promotions.
• Order Accuracy: Accurately input guest orders into the POS system and verify order accuracy upon retrieval from the kitchen before delivery.
• Quality & Compliance: Continuously ascertain guest satisfaction, strictly adhere to all alcohol service regulations, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older; a High School graduate or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Skills: Possesses effective verbal and written English communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members. Exhibits a consistently courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor. Demonstrates a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a strong sense of urgency to manage multiple tasks efficiently, along with a flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
