The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enhance Rehabilitation, overseeing rehabilitation services in one or more of the company’s Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) locations. Enhance Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to patients, with a clear goal of delivering patient-specific treatments designed to enhance positive outcomes. This Director of Rehab position is vital for ensuring the successful and efficient operation of assigned rehabilitation locations, upholding the highest standard of services, and achieving the best possible patient outcomes.

• Team: Manages a team of Enhance staff and contract therapists and assistants.
• Mission: Owns the successful operation of assigned rehabilitation service locations, ensuring high standards of care and optimal patient outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, orient, develop, and provide support to all assigned staff, including Enhance therapists, assistants, and contract labor, managing the overall team.
• Clinical Standards Assurance: Ensure that all clinical services delivered adhere strictly to evidence-based care delivery standards and maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Departmental Clinical Management: Oversee the comprehensive clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including case management, quality improvement initiatives, care planning, and striving for positive patient outcomes.
• Strategic Communication & Reporting: Engage in effective communication with the broader management team, including fellow Directors and Regional managers, while also providing reports and developing relevant programs for the patient population.
• Client & Family Engagement: Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and the customer (location) team.

• Background: The ideal candidate will be a Director-level professional with a strong background in managing and overseeing rehabilitation services. This role demands a commitment to providing the highest quality care within a clinical setting.
• Experience: Qualified candidates must possess demonstrated experience in a Director of Rehab capacity, successfully leading and operating rehabilitation services, particularly within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Skills: Essential skills include expert team leadership, effective staff development and support, rigorous adherence to clinical standards and regulatory compliance, comprehensive clinical department management (including case management and quality improvement), strategic communication with management, and excellent customer service for clients, families, and location teams.
