The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enhance Rehabilitation, overseeing rehabilitation services in one of our service locations, specifically within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. • Team: Manages a team of therapists and assistants, and communicates with other Directors and Regional Managers.
• Mission: Ensure the successful operation of an assigned rehabilitation location, delivering high-quality, efficient rehabilitation services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of therapists and assistants, including both Enhance Rehabilitation staff and contract labor, ensuring cohesive and high-performing service delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Take responsibility for the successful day-to-day operations of an assigned rehabilitation location(s), ensuring services are delivered in the most efficient manner.
• Clinical Quality Assurance: Uphold the standard of clinical services, ensuring strict adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and all relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
• Department Management: Oversee the comprehensive clinical management of the rehabilitation department, encompassing critical functions such as case management, quality improvement initiatives, and meticulous care planning to achieve positive outcomes.
• Staffing & Support: Lead the hiring process, provide thorough orientation, facilitate ongoing professional development, and offer continuous support to all staff and contract labor within the department.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide excellent customer service to the specific location’s team, offer necessary reports, and develop and implement appropriate programs tailored to the patient population, while also serving clients and their families.

• Background: Career level of Director, with foundational knowledge and experience in delivering and overseeing rehabilitation services. This role requires a professional equipped to lead and manage comprehensive rehabilitation programs within a healthcare setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing the operations of rehabilitation services, specifically within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Must have a track record of ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
• Skills:
• Ability to effectively manage and support a team of rehabilitation therapists and assistants.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with management teams, including other Directors and Regional Managers.
• Expertise in ensuring adherence to clinical service standards, evidence-based practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Capability in clinical management areas such as case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
• Proficiency in hiring, orienting, developing, and supporting staff and contract labor.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with location teams, clients, and patient families, including program development and reporting.
