The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Kadima Healthcare, located in Pittsburgh, PA. Kadima Healthcare operates state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities, driven by its mission of “Living Forward. Together.” This Director of Admissions role is a key position within the admissions team, playing a critical part in developing and coordinating the admission process. The individual in this role will ensure a seamless and supportive transition for patients and their families into the care provided by Kadima Healthcare.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Marketing: Develop and maintain a monthly marketing plan to meet weekly and monthly admissions goals.
• Sales: Conduct effective sales calls with targeted referral sources to promote Kadima Healthcare facilities and services.
• Coordination: Coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission, ensuring smooth communication with families and staff.
• Facility Promotion: Provide tours of facilities and actively promote conversion of visitors to admission.
• Process Management: Oversee the entire admission process, reviewing patient medical information and managing daily responsibilities efficiently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level career. Core domain knowledge in healthcare admissions, marketing, customer service, and sales.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in marketing, customer service, and sales. Specific outside sales experience within healthcare, with a preference for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office.
