• Mission: To cultivate future sales, marketing, and technical sales talent by providing a structured, two-year rotational experience that builds deep knowledge of Intel’s business, products, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete three distinct 8-month rotations across diverse functional areas including sales, marketing, business operations, and other related roles, gaining broad organizational exposure.
• Knowledge Building: Build comprehensive knowledge of Intel’s extensive portfolio of products, core technologies, intricate business processes, strategic marketing approaches, various sales channels, and diverse customer segments.
• Strategic Support: Actively support the execution of sales strategies, contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns, engage in direct customer relationship initiatives, and participate in key business operations projects.
• Performance & Growth: Deliver measurable quarterly objectives and key results, simultaneously cultivating essential leadership, professional communication, analytical reasoning, and vital customer interaction skills.
• Career Trajectory: Develop a strong foundational understanding across the organization, deepen your customer and business acumen, and actively accelerate your career trajectory within Intel’s sales and marketing groups, preparing for future leadership roles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar degree with technology-related coursework, expected by August 2027. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Experience: 6+ months of relevant industry experience outside of coursework in sales, communications/public relations, marketing, business, and/or technology, or 6+ months of leadership experience. Experience in at least two preferred qualification areas is also required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to develop leadership abilities, and effective customer interaction capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience working in a global environment; familiarity with technology products, platforms, or services; experience in computer systems, networking, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure; 1 year of strong leadership experience in teams, associations, clubs, or athletics; 6 months of dedicated sales or marketing experience through school, internship, or extracurricular activities; volunteer work demonstrating project-based activities and measurable outcomes; or a Master’s Degree.
