Manager/Director Fan Engagement & Experiences | Blueprint Sports Agency

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Blueprint Sports Agency, located in Raleigh, NC. Blueprint Sports Agency builds and operates sustainable and compliant NIL and revenue models, having successfully directed over $170 million in NIL compensation for college athletes. This role, specifically for 1PACK, is crucial for developing and executing fan engagement, membership programs, and revenue-generating events that empower NC State student-athletes and strengthen the future of NC State Athletics.

• Team: Reports to Executive Director and third-party leadership team
• Mission: Owns the development and execution of fan engagement, membership, and revenue programs to support NC State student-athletes through NIL opportunities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite(s)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Membership Strategy: Define, implement, and execute member solicitation and stewardship programs for the fan membership, including benefits, promotions, and education on NIL.
• Events Execution: Solicit, plan, and manage local events, ensuring they meet NC State Athletics’ expectations, brand standards, and revenue objectives.
• Revenue Program Management: Develop and run solicitation campaigns and promotions for sweepstakes, auctions, exclusive tours, and on/off-campus events, aligning with revenue and engagement goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the school, alumni base, and community, and provide strategic summaries, progress tracking, and performance recaps to leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with experience in sports, consumer marketing, fundraising/development, or B2B sales.
• Experience: At least two (2) to three (3) years in relevant fields, with one (1) to two (2) years specifically organizing and running events.
• Skills: Conscientious attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, high integrity, proactivity, self-motivation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bonus: NC State alumni and/or former student-athlete, demonstrated understanding of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) as it relates to collegiate athletics.
