What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize: Manage and coordinate multiple digital merchandising tasks, ensuring a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to projects.
• Analyze: Interpret e-business data to derive actionable insights that inform and optimize digital merchandising strategies across Europe.
• Present: Create and update compelling reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Support: Assist the team in the execution of digital merchandising initiatives, contributing to the online representation of luxury fashion products.
• Research: Proactively engage with the digital merchandising landscape, fostering curiosity and an eagerness to learn about new trends and best practices in an international setting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Digital, or a related academic field, demonstrating a foundational understanding pertinent to luxury retail and digital operations.
• Experience: Proven strong interest in the luxury fashion sector, coupled with an enthusiasm for e-business and the principles of digital merchandising, preferably evidenced through academic projects or prior involvement.
• Skills: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation, strong communication abilities for an international setting, fluency in English, and a clear analytical mindset adept at interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
• Bonus: Practical knowledge of Google Analytics or other widely used digital analytics tools is considered a valuable asset for this role.
