Design Management Internship | LCS

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-week internship at LCS, running from May through August. LCS is a progressive organization in the senior living industry, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. This role offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful design management projects that directly impact the business and operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to real-world design management projects with tangible business impact within the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional team members across various departments.
• Engage in professional development workshops and networking opportunities to expand skills and connections.
• Present project outcomes and overall summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the program.
• Understand the senior living industry and LCS operations through dedicated mentorship, training, and shadowing experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field. This is an early career opportunity.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule throughout the entire 12-week program from May through August.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, coupled with an eagerness to learn and contribute enthusiastically to a mission-driven organization.
