What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Acquisition & Preparation: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to ensure readiness for analytical tasks.
• Reporting & Visualization Development: Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and compelling visualizations.
• Insight Generation & Presentation: Identify critical trends and extract meaningful insights from data to directly support data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand their specific data needs and perform ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives.
• Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain and update databases to preserve data accuracy and integrity, alongside documenting processes and data definitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field, suitable for an early career data analyst role.
• Experience: Foundational knowledge and practical experience with core data analysis tools, including proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of SQL, Python, or R.
• Skills:
• A solid understanding of data cleaning techniques, data transformation processes, and fundamental statistical concepts.
