What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze market trends: Conduct detailed research and analysis on capital markets trends, regulatory developments, and industry benchmarks.
• Execute financial transactions: Assist in the execution of various financial transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and equity offerings.
• Prepare financial documents: Help prepare and review financial documents, prospectuses, offering memorandums, and other relevant materials.
• Conduct financial modeling: Assist in conducting financial modeling, valuation analyses, and risk assessments during the due diligence process.
• Monitor investments: Help monitor and evaluate the performance of capital market investments, providing recommendations for potential improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Actively applying coursework to real-world financial experiences and projects.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, proficiency in financial software like Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
