What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Operation: Ensure efficient store operations by skillfully operating all necessary equipment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain adequate ingredient levels by stocking deliveries from the staging area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Product Preparation: Prepare pizza products and other menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
• Order Processing: Accurately receive and process customer orders placed via telephone and in person.
• Facility Maintenance: Uphold store cleanliness and hygiene by regularly cleaning equipment and the entire facility.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals 16 years of age or older, with a willingness to learn general store operations and customer service principles.
• Experience: No prior experience explicitly required, as orientation and on-the-job training are provided for all general job duties.
• Skills: Ability to comprehend and provide clear written instructions; effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers for order processing; strong basic arithmetic skills for accurate monetary change; good eye-hand/finger motor coordination for rapid and precise movements; proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
