TDS Operations Analyst II | TD Bank
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TD Bank, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. • Mission: Solve operational and service issues by conducting analysis, executing projects, and implementing process improvements to enhance management decision-making and service quality.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research & Analysis: Conduct cross-functional research, analysis, and reporting on a range of operational and service issues.
• Project Execution: Execute critical projects and strategic special initiatives within a defined functional area, often requiring broader partnership across TDS and other TD enterprise functions.
• Process Improvement: Enhance management decision-making on policies, processes, products, and services based on insights generated from analytics and reporting to advance the operating model and elevate service quality.
• Transaction Management: Execute more complex transactions and overrides accurately and on time, identifying, documenting, and investigating processes or exceptions beyond first-level operations service delivery.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions, maintain a culture of risk management, and adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies for regulatory compliance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree or college diploma with a sound knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business process, and procedures for own area.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to execute standard and non-standard processes and requests of low to medium complexity.
• Skills: Operational analysis, reporting, process issue identification, problem-solving, project coordination for small-scale initiatives, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
