What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft business communications: Research, write, edit, and draft business emails to movie studios, editors, and agents on behalf of the author.
• Manage logistics: Organize the author’s travel schedule and publicity photos.
• Maintain digital presence: Update the author’s social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Handle financial administration: Process financial statements, track payments, and prepare invoices.
• Support creative projects: Assist with manuscripts in various stages of development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college students or recent graduates.
• Experience: Mastery of Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Adobe Products like Photoshop or Premiere, or other similar apps, and Canva or other graphic design products. Proficiency with various social media platforms and mobile technology.
• Skills: Excellent memory, time management, multitasking, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Adaptive, flexible, self-directed, independent, extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Bonus: Juniors and Seniors are preferred.
