What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Financial Strategy: Oversee all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Direct Financial Planning: Direct the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Advise Leadership: Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, Area/Cluster General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies, safeguarding hotel assets through strong financial controls.
• Optimize Reporting: Oversee systems and processes to drive accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, serving as a Director-level leader responsible for overall management of hotel financial operations.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role, with a deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficient in hotel systems such as OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Professional accounting qualification preferred.
