Job Description:
The Corporate Summer Intern position at Better Health Group offers an immersive experience in corporate operations. Based in Tampa, FL, this onsite internship allows you to support or rotate through key departments, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, Health Services, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide entry- to intermediate-level administrative and clerical support.
• Participate in projects, programs, and events to develop professional skills.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of initiatives.
• Interact with coworkers and/or patients.
• Conduct research, prepare reports and presentations, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Take notes during meetings.
• Shadow multiple positions and train in a variety of tasks.
• Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from managers and professional staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Enrolled in an accredited university/college program (or obtained Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree no earlier than 24 months prior to date of hire); minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities.
• Must be able to work professionally with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reasoning and critical thinking skills are a plus.
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and move freely about the office.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to or exceeding 50%.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time; ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach and pull.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Pay Rate:
USD $15.00 – USD $18.00 /Hr.
