Content Creation Intern | Nolan Wells Studios
The Tone:
This is an internship at Nolan Wells Studios, located in Springfield, Massachusetts (hybrid). Nolan Wells Studios is a creative direction and styling house rooted in inclusive storytelling, visual identity, and fashion-forward narratives, blending fashion, culture, and emotion to create cinematic, intentional, and deeply human imagery and experiences. This role is crucial for supporting ongoing content production across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, helping to capture the creative process in real time, translate the studio’s visual identity, and shape the next chapter of the brand.

• Tech Stack: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
What You’ll Actually Do
• Capture: Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content during shoots, fittings, meetings, and studio sessions.
• Create: Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, along with drafting captions and contributing written content.
• Assist: Assist with creative brainstorming, content ideation, and real-time content execution during productions and brand moments.
• Organize: Organize and maintain content files, footage, creative assets, and assist in maintaining content calendars and posting schedules.
• Research: Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform shifts to inform content strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with an interest in fashion, culture, media, creative direction, or visual storytelling.
• Experience: Experience creating and editing content for social media platforms, comfortable shooting on iPhone and/or camera equipment.
• Skills: Strong eye for composition, storytelling, style, and visual pacing, coupled with strong writing and communication skills.
• Bonus: Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Springfield, MA, for in-person work, with a self-starter mentality and an adaptable attitude.
