Job Description: Constellation Supply Intern Program

Constellation offers paid, 10-week spring internships (June-August 2023) for highly motivated students. The program aims to provide experiential learning, bridging classroom knowledge with practical application and skill development in a professional supply chain setting. Interns will gain valuable applied experience, build professional connections, and understand various career paths within Supply Chain Management. The program also serves to develop a pipeline of diverse candidates for future full-time entry-level positions.

Responsibilities: Interns will support various supply chain activities, which may include:

• Implementing sourcing strategies for materials and services.
• Identifying supply chain improvements related to quality, delivery, order/payment processing, or pricing.
• Assisting in supplier development activities.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Minimum GPA: Cumulative 2.8/Major 3.0.
• Outstanding academic performance.
• Team-oriented work style.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work permanently in the U.S.
