Community Liaison | Right at Home of Central New Jersey

This role is crucial for enhancing brand visibility and generating essential leads to support the rapid growth and expansion of our agency, directly contributing to our mission.

• Mission: Owns the responsibility for building meaningful relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and generating essential leads to support agency growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with a diverse network of referral partners, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities.
• Representation: Actively represent Right at Home at community events, professional gatherings, and throughout the local area as the face of the agency.
• Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to our target audience to enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting: Accurately track and report on all referral activity, providing valuable insights into lead generation efforts.
• Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client transitions and exceptional service delivery.

• Background: A highly motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for people, especially seniors, and an undeniable fire to succeed. Must be strongly driven by results and action.
• Experience: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships and actively represent an organization. Confident, clear, and persistent communication is essential.
• Skills: Relationship building, marketing strategy development, referral activity tracking, interpersonal communication.
• Bonus: Prior healthcare or senior care experience.
