This is a commission-based Trainee Partner role at SpiniX, evolving into a full partnership. SpiniX provides solutions to help restaurant owners, cafe managers, and hotel operators address common challenges like getting reviews, retaining customers, and standing out. This role is fundamental to building a self-sustaining community that offers genuine value to these hospitality professionals, naturally guiding them towards SpiniX’s offerings. Your success directly contributes to SpiniX’s customer acquisition and long-term revenue.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Foundation: Design and establish a value-driven online community for hospitality professionals, starting from scratch.
• Strategic Research: Map the existing hospitality community landscape, identify crucial gaps, and draft a comprehensive community strategy including platform choice and content pillars.
• Growth and Engagement: Launch and actively grow the SpiniX hospitality community, ensuring high engagement through consistent value like tips, discussions, and resources.
• Revenue Generation: Convert engaged community members into SpiniX customers and eventually full partners, earning a lifetime commission on community-sourced revenue.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A foundational understanding of community dynamics and the challenges faced by hospitality businesses.
• Experience: Proven experience building or managing a community, even a small one, such as a Discord server or social media group.
• Skills: A genuine enjoyment for connecting people and facilitating conversations; an understanding that community is not a broadcast channel; the ability to consistently provide value before asking for anything; and strong persistence, recognizing community building as a long-term endeavor.
