What You’ll Actually Do
• Communication Development: Assist in the comprehensive creation, thorough review, and effective distribution of various internal and external communications, ensuring all messaging consistently strengthens the brand.
• Outreach Material Support: Provide support in the production of diverse outreach materials, engaging presentations, and impactful promotional content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances public engagement.
• On-Site Engagement: Actively participate in community engagement and on-site communications initiatives, directly connecting with different audiences to support impactful outreach and foster public relations.
• Social Media Management: Help manage social media platforms by scheduling content and engaging with the audience, contributing to enhanced public engagement and consistent messaging across digital channels.
• Project Collaboration: Coordinate closely with colleagues to ensure all communication messaging is consistent across multiple channels and that projects remain on schedule, supporting the overall team objectives.

• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this entry-level position.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills for creating clear and concise messages; Strong verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse audiences; Professionalism and confidence when interacting with the public; Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability in task management; Ability to work comfortably and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge or foundational understanding of social media management, marketing principles, or general communication practices.
