What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Development & Distribution: Assist diligently in the creation, comprehensive review, and strategic distribution of various internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice.
• Outreach Material Production: Support the end-to-end production of impactful outreach materials, compelling presentations, and engaging promotional content designed to captivate and inform target audiences.
• Community & On-Site Engagement: Actively participate in diverse community engagement efforts and crucial on-site communications initiatives, contributing to positive public relations and brand visibility.
• Social Media Management: Help effectively manage social media platforms, which includes meticulous content scheduling, monitoring audience interaction, and contributing to overall online engagement strategies.
• Coordination & Campaign Monitoring: Coordinate proactively with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and project timelines, and assist in monitoring trends and evaluating communication campaign performance.
