What You’ll Actually Do
• Communications Content: Assist in creating, reviewing, and distributing various internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment across all channels.
• Outreach Material Production: Support the production of engaging outreach materials, presentations, and promotional content to strengthen the company’s brand and enhance public engagement.
• On-site Engagement: Actively participate in community engagement and on-site communications initiatives, representing the company professionally and connecting with diverse audiences.
• Social Media Support: Help manage social media platforms by scheduling content, monitoring interactions, and engaging with the audience to foster a strong online presence.
• Project Coordination & Consistency: Coordinate with colleagues to maintain consistent messaging across all projects and ensure communication initiatives stay on schedule and align with organizational goals.
