What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Collaboration: Work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects and collaborate with multiple departments within the company, contributing to current and new business initiatives.
• Documentation Management: Develop skills in reviewing and efficiently processing submittals, while gaining an in-depth understanding of company correspondence processes and protocols.
• Financial & Change Control: Acquire knowledge and practical experience in managing project budgets effectively and understand how to implement various change management processes.
• Project Planning & Closeout: Learn the intricacies of the project buyout process and master the essential steps and procedures involved in the project closeout process.
• As-Built Documentation: Understand how changes, clarifications, directives, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other project updates are accurately reflected on as-built plans.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, currently enrolled in a construction management, engineering, or a related academic program.
• Experience: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with relevant software.
• Skills: Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment, and exhibit a strong eagerness and enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally.
