The Clinical Director of Nursing is a key leadership position responsible for the comprehensive management, compliance, and overall success of the Assisted Living clinical services program. • Pay: $95000–$110000 yearly
• Team: Manages a team of nurses within the Assisted Living clinical services program.
• Mission: Owns the overall management, compliance, and success of the Assisted Living clinical services program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Oversee the overall management, compliance, and success of the Assisted Living clinical services program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health.
• Staff Competency: Monitor that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but also delight residents.
• Care Planning: Ensure the seamless initiation of services and that personalized care plans are updated to reflect residents’ evolving needs and desires.
• Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, suitable for a Director-level position.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Skills: Current CPR certification.
• Bonus: Prior supervisory experience, preferably in an Assisted Living setting.
