What You’ll Actually Do
• Diagnose: Accurately diagnose patients by thoroughly observing their movements, assessing their physical capabilities, and attentively listening to their concerns to understand their specific conditions.
• Plan: Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for each patient, clearly outlining specific, measurable goals and expected outcomes to guide their recovery journey.
• Treat: Implement a diverse array of therapeutic interventions, including targeted exercises, structured stretching routines, appropriate use of equipment, and hands-on manual therapy techniques, to effectively manage pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injury.
• Monitor: Continuously record and evaluate patient progress throughout the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments and modifications to the plan of care as individual needs evolve.
• Educate: Provide clear and concise education to patients and their family members, informing them about the recovery process associated with physical therapy and empowering them to participate actively in their rehabilitation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Licensed Physical Therapist, or the ability to obtain licensure, in the state of practice. This role requires foundational clinical expertise typically obtained through a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, suitable for leading a clinic.
