What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Engagement: Assist with various community engagement projects and special initiatives to connect with local populations.
• Program Support: Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and public programs designed for community benefit.
• Information Gathering: Conduct research and gather essential information regarding community needs and available resources.
• Data Management: Help collect, organize, and analyze data to be used in reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Communications: Assist with developing social media content, marketing materials, and other communication efforts.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with community organizations and partners to foster collaborative efforts.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative and project support to program leaders, ensuring smooth operation of initiatives.
• Professional Growth: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills.
The Must-Haves
• Background: College students, graduate students, or recent graduates who have a passion for community impact and social change.
• Experience: No specific years required; however, candidates should be self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities.
