Career Pathways Program Associate (2027-2028 Cohort) | Alfa Laval

The Tone:
This is a 10-month career development program at Alfa Laval, designed for recent college graduates starting in August 2027. The company pioneers solutions in energy, food, water, and shipping, unlocking the full potential of precious resources. This role matters as it launches participants into a foundational experience, preparing them for long-term success within a global organization. Participants will gain broad business exposure and practical experience, shaping a more resourceful world while building their careers.

• Location: Relocation required to Houston, TX; Greenwood, IN; Kenosha, WI; Warminster, PA; or Richmond, VA upon program completion
• Pay: $77000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Understand Alfa Laval’s products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across all divisions.
• Train: Engage in structured training and development activities to build technical, commercial, and operational knowledge.
• Collaborate: Partner with peers and leaders on cross-functional projects that advance business objectives and professional growth.
• Network: Build professional relationships with various teams, including engineering, sales, service, and operations.
• Contribute: Apply problem-solving skills and propose new ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% during the program.
• Skills: Strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, capacity to interpret technical data from multiple sources, proven customer service orientation, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Bonus: Knowledge of heat transfer, rotating equipment, or fluid separation/filtration.
