The Tone:
This is a full-time development program at Alfa Laval, with potential relocation to U.S. locations such as Kenosha, WI, upon completion. This role launches recent college graduates into a foundational experience that prepares them for long-term success within the company by providing broad business exposure, practical experience, and development opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Understand Alfa Laval’s products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across all divisions.
• Engage: Participate in structured training and collaborate on cross-functional projects that support business objectives.
• Connect: Build relationships with teams across engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Contribute: Apply problem-solving skills and share new ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Transition: Successfully complete the program and move into a full-time role within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience required beyond recent college graduation; Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative; Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with estimated travel up to 50% during the program.
• Skills: Strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, ability to interpret technical data from multiple sources, customer service orientation, communication skills, and a team player mindset.
• Bonus: Knowledge of heat transfer, rotating equipment, or fluid separation/filtration.
