What You’ll Actually Do
• Support daily operations: Assist frontline teams across various facilities in food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, and serving functions.
• Adhere to standards: Learn and follow department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards, providing feedback when necessary.
• Execute projects and events: Perform day-to-day assignments, special projects, and provide support for event preparation, setup, and service execution.
• Manage documentation: Assist with inventory, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating necessary documentation as needed.
• Develop career concentration: Train in various responsibilities under a chosen career concentration, such as food service, culinary, facilities management, accounting, human resources, clerical, marketing, or general operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, currently in pursuit of a college degree.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
