Position Summary: Busser/Server Assistant

The ideal Busser/Server Assistant is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. This is an entry-level position that could lead to a server position in the future, offering significant opportunities for career advancement within our team.

Responsibilities Include

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables.
  • Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
  • Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
  • Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
  • Complete other tasks requested/required by the manager on duty to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions throughout a shift.
  • Flexible schedule – ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
  • Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency.
