What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Acumen Development: Gain foundational knowledge in building and managing a business, directly learning from experienced management through dedicated mentorship.
• Sales and Client Growth: Actively engage in sales activities designed to attract and secure new business clientele, contributing directly to the firm’s expansion.
• Customer Onboarding: Provide crucial assistance in the entire new customer acquisition process, from initial contact to efficient account setup and successful integration.
• Relationship and Communication Mastery: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with business customers, simultaneously enhancing and refining professional communication skills.
• Sales Cycle Customer Service: Deliver consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients at every stage of the sales journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, indicating a foundational academic commitment to future professional development.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is mandated, though candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers will find these experiences helpful for the role.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and professional demeanor, a genuine willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback, reliability, self-motivation, and comfort in initiating conversations with new individuals.
