What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Share a leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Improve: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the assigned portfolio.
• Analyze: Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate portfolio profitability and risk.
• Ensure: Verify compliance requirements and report identified issues for resolution.
• Recommend: Present recommendations to resolve issues and exercise independent judgment in problem-solving.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with core domain knowledge in Business Relationship Support.
• Experience: 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Treasury Management Client Services experience; Treasury Management product knowledge and experience; Call Center experience; strong telephone etiquette; strong customer service background; ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information; strong personal leadership skills.
