This role is crucial for supporting the growth of Privia Health by assisting key development and recruitment teams, while maintaining the integrity of critical CRM data.

• Mission: This person ensures CRM data integrity and provides essential operational support for various growth-focused teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Market Data: Review, clean, and analyze data in Salesforce for current and new markets to provide Total-Available Market (TAM) analysis.
• Support Recruitment Teams: Provide operational support to the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams.
• Maintain CRM Data: Ensure ongoing maintenance and integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data.
• Assist Sales Operations: Support marketing and sales operations, specifically focusing on CRM data integrity.
• General Operational Support: Perform other assigned duties to support business operations as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Junior year or above, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to conduct efficient and productive Internet research. Practical experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for data review, cleaning, and analysis is essential.
• Skills: Superior organization and analytical skills. Strong computer technology skills, including Google Suite (Sheets, Google Docs). Excellent verbal and written communication, including superior grammar and proofreading skills. Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work, and work with minimum supervision. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
