Business Management Trainee | Think Zone Learning Center

The Tone:

• Mission: This person helps identify new growth opportunities, improve customer experience, develop talent systems, and support business expansion for a K-8 education startup.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Growth: Identify and explore new growth opportunities, business development initiatives, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Product & Experience Improvement: Participate in the design, testing, and iteration of new products, programs, and business ideas to enhance customer experience and enrollment.
• Talent & Team Development: Build and continuously improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development systems to enhance team effectiveness.
• Operational Strategy: Support regional operations, gather insights from learning centers, and translate frontline needs into business improvements.
• Market Expansion: Participate in new market expansion efforts, including exploring new areas, supporting center launches, and developing repeatable operating systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. This is an early-career role suitable for new graduates.
• Experience: Willingness to work across different functions and occasionally spend time at various learning centers or new markets as needed.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in execution; Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow; Ability to take ownership and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
