• Team: Within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business, progressing into a core functional area after a training program.
• Mission: Complete an intensive training program to become a functional expert, contributing innovative solutions and evolving industries within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Pricing: Learn and positively impact strategic pricing models and execution within the Animal Nutrition business.
• Supply Chain & Operations: Develop expertise in supply chain strategy, execution, and plant operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
• Commodity & Formulation: Gain comprehensive knowledge and accountability for feed formulation, commodity merchandising, trading, risk management, and sourcing.
• Marketing, Technology & Data: Master the application of strategic marketing, advanced technology solutions, and robust data and business analytics to drive business decisions.
• Business Culture & Engagement: Learn about and engage with customers, employees, and the broader business culture to foster positive relationships and impactful contributions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field; graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Right to work in the U.S. not based solely on a student or third-party sponsored visa; willing and able to relocate for the position.
• Skills: Ability to solve complex problems through collaboration, creativity, and determination; strong analytical skills with an aptitude to conceptualize the big picture and dive into details; ability to take calculated risks and execute decisively; strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
