Business Communications Partner | Saudi Aramco

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Aramco, located in Saudi Arabia. • Team: Communications Alignment Division within Aramco’s Corporate Communications function.
• Mission: To act as a lead communications interface, ensuring business communications are fully aligned and integrated with the overall Corporate Communication Strategy and Content Strategy for assigned Business Line functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Interface: Serve as the primary interface and coordination point for all assigned communications workstreams, integrating input from Business Line leadership and the broader Corporate Communications function.
• Strategy: Develop compelling, multi-channel business communications strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder research to inform objectives and KPIs.
• Content: Create specific messaging and supporting materials, including press releases, FAQs, and strategic briefs for various creative content formats.
• Activation: Coordinate with internal communications teams (media relations, social media, event management, internal communications, speechwriting) to effectively activate the business communications strategy.
• Engagement: Identify and schedule strategic speaking engagements for business leaders and subject matter experts, establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure communication effectiveness and impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree, with advanced or professional qualifications in Communications or related disciplines being desirable.
• Experience: Eight or more years in strategic business communications, gained either in-house or through consultancy, with proven experience developing and delivering multi-channel corporate communications strategies within a global, diversified, and agile organization.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and project management skills, professional gravitas, credibility, and diplomacy to engage with senior leaders, alongside the ability to present confidently and translate complex technical information into clear communication concepts for stakeholders.
• Bonus: Previous experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector, regional experience, and proficiency in Arabic language skills.
