What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, organise, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of business data from various sources.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to identify trends and patterns.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain professional reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders using business intelligence tools.
• Strategic Support: Assist in forecasting, business planning, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with different teams to understand business requirements and integrate data insights into operational strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Skills: Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Charts), SQL, Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), Business Reporting, Critical Thinking.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, Statistical Analysis, understanding of business processes and performance metrics, and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
