• Mission: Support content sanitization efforts and research tasks to ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of client-facing materials and internal knowledge.
• Tech Stack: Excel, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, business research databases

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Support: Support market, company, competitor, and industry research based on clear briefs and guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Information Management: Collect and organize information from relevant sources, ensuring all references are accurately tracked.
• Content Preparation: Prepare initial drafts of company overviews, short research summaries, and simple tables or slides for review.
• Knowledge Sharing: Help maintain research materials and share useful findings with the team to enhance collective knowledge.
• AI Tool Application: Experiment with AI tools for defined tasks like information gathering and summarization, verify AI-generated content against original sources, and document test results and feedback.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, economics, business informatics, knowledge management, data & analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Initial experience with research or data analysis gained through coursework, student projects, or internships.
• Skills: Basic familiarity with Excel and creating presentations; good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+); German language skills (B1) for handling German-language topics; a structured, careful approach to tasks; a reliable, collaborative mindset, and openness to guidance and feedback.
• Bonus: Interest in business research, consulting, and how AI can support knowledge work; initial exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, or to business research databases; an EU work permit.
