Brand Ambassador | Engagify
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Engagify, located in Charlotte, NC. This Brand Ambassador role is pivotal for directly engaging with customers, fostering positive brand perceptions, and driving new acquisitions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Representation: Represent nationally recognized brands at pop-up events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns across Charlotte, NC.
• Customer Engagement & Education: Interact with customers face-to-face, create positive brand experiences, and educate consumers on products, services, and current promotions.
• Event Execution: Assist with event setup, manage branding displays, and ensure effective campaign execution.
• Customer Acquisition: Generate customer interest and drive new acquisitions through engaging interactions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily performance goals and record event results to inform future strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level opportunity tailored for individuals from diverse professional and academic backgrounds. Ideal candidates include recent graduates, former athletes, and professionals with experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or events. We prioritize personality, work ethic, and demonstrated growth potential.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales is considered a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an energetic and positive demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Bonus: Ability to work full-time in Charlotte, NC, with reliable transportation.
