What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate and confirm travel reservations: Actively coordinate and confirm a variety of travel reservations, including hotels, cruises, and comprehensive vacation packages for clients.
• Manage scheduling details and reservation timelines: Meticulously manage all scheduling details and critical reservation timelines to ensure timely and accurate bookings.
• Review booking information for accuracy: Thoroughly review all booking information for accuracy, paying close attention to dates, traveler details, and specific client preferences.
• Communicate clearly with clients: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing timely confirmations and essential itinerary updates.
• Maintain organized records: Diligently maintain organized and accurate records of all client bookings and associated communications for easy reference and follow-up.
