• Mission: To establish a caring clinical setting for patients, providing therapy that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Clinical Guidance: Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Program Fidelity: Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Daily Reporting: Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with children to champion continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid RBT Certification training is provided on the job.
• Skills: Ability to learn and apply behavior therapy techniques under direct supervision to support children with Autism in a clinical setting.
