What You’ll Actually Do
• Environment Creation: Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism.
• Therapy Provision: Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Plan Implementation: Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Progress Tracking: Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Milestone Celebration: Celebrate victories, help kids and families celebrate milestones, and encourage positive interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification costs are covered by Hopebridge.
• Skills: Ability to create supportive environments for skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness. Competence in understanding and implementing behavior plans and instructional materials. A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to track daily progress.
